BOYAA (00434) has released its annual results for the year ended December 31, 2025. The Group reported revenue of HK$468 million. The loss attributable to the company's owners was HK$239 million, with a basic loss per share of HK$0.3453. A final dividend of HK$0.0366 per share is proposed.

During 2025, the Group continued its allocation and application of strategic Web3 assets, acquiring an additional 818 Bitcoins over the year. As of December 31, 2025, the Group held approximately 4,092 Bitcoins, with an average cost of about $68,211 per coin. The total fair value of the Group's digital assets held was approximately HK$2.92 billion as of that date. Furthermore, the Group recognized a gain on the appreciation of digital assets of approximately HK$21.7 million in 2025.

The year 2026 is expected to present both opportunities and challenges for the online gaming industry. Regarding the emerging Web3 sector, the Group believes the market scale will continue to grow and mature, expressing strong confidence in its future.

In 2026, the company will remain focused on transforming itself into a pure-play, leading Web3 gaming ecosystem company. The Group will continue to ensure the stable development of its traditional online gaming business, consistently enriching the content and gameplay of its game portfolio while refining its gaming models. Efforts will concentrate on product refinement and operational diversification to develop high-quality board and card games, competitive tournament products, and industry-leading Web3 games. While consolidating its existing markets, the Group will actively explore new overseas markets.

Concurrently, the Group will increase investment in the construction and R&D of Web3 gaming products and Web3 ecological infrastructure. It will vigorously promote the development and strategic layout of its Web3 gaming ecosystem, aiming to unlock new growth opportunities through innovation in the Web3 space.
