Zhou Hei Ya repurchases 1.34 million shares for HKD 1.99 million; cumulative buybacks under current mandate reach 50.56 million shares

Hong Kong – Zhou Hei Ya International Holdings Company Limited reported that on 30 April 2026 it bought back 1.34 million ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging from HKD 1.46 to HKD 1.51 per share. The transaction cost totalled HKD 1.99 million.

The shares acquired on 30 April represent approximately 0.06% of the company’s 2.11 billion issued shares. Because the purchased shares have not yet been cancelled, the issued share capital remains unchanged at 2.11 billion shares as of the same date.

Including earlier market repurchases carried out between 27 March and 29 April 2026, Zhou Hei Ya now holds 17.68 million shares pending cancellation, equal to about 0.84% of its existing share capital. The aggregate consideration for these purchases is estimated at HKD 26.92 million, implying a volume-weighted average repurchase price of approximately HKD 1.52 per share.

Since its current share-repurchase mandate was approved on 16 May 2025, the company has bought back 50.56 million shares, utilising 23.41% of the 215.97 million shares authorised for repurchase.

In accordance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, Zhou Hei Ya is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 30 May 2026.
