China Boton buys back 0.30 million shares for HK$0.73 million; treasury stock rises to 2.40 million units

China Boton Group Company Limited (China Boton) disclosed that on 24 June 2026 it repurchased 0.30 million ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange under its authorised buy-back mandate dated 22 May 2026. The transaction was executed entirely on-market.

Regulatory notes

In line with Hong Kong listing rules, China Boton is subject to a 30-day moratorium on issuing new shares or selling treasury shares, effective until 24 July 2026. The board confirmed that all regulatory and procedural requirements relating to the repurchase have been satisfied.
