Leveraging the Dongjiang Lake Big Data Industrial Park and the integrated source-grid-load-storage system, the city plans to add over 5,000 public EV charging piles and 3.5 million kilowatts of new energy installed capacity in the next five years. Oriented toward construction and operation needs, this release invites providers of integrated source-grid-load-storage systems, green computing clusters, IoT sensing terminals, and 10-gigabit communication networks, as well as system integrators, to become Chenzhou's "digital co-builders" of new infrastructure, creating a model for new infrastructure development.

Building on the city's existing foundation in biomedicine and health industries, the city's biomedicine output value is projected to reach RMB 15 billion in the next five years.
