INVESTECH HLDGS (01087) has announced the successful completion of its share placement.

The company confirmed that all conditions under the placement agreement were fulfilled prior to the final deadline, with the placement finalized on June 2, 2026.

A total of 39,977,600 placement shares were successfully allotted to no fewer than six placees.

The shares were issued at a price of HK$0.67 per placement share.

Following the issuance of these new shares, they represent approximately 16.67% of the company's enlarged issued share capital.
