Keppel REIT issues 12.61 million new units to settle part of management fee

Keppel REIT Management Limited, the manager of Keppel REIT, announced on Aug, 7 2026 that 12,609,075 new units have been issued at 0.8699 Singapore dollars each to satisfy part of its base management fee for the period from Apr, 1 2026 to Jun, 30 2026.

The manager elected to receive 100% of the fee related to Keppel REIT’s additional one-third stake in Marina Bay Financial Centre Tower 3 in units, and 75% of the fee tied to the other portfolio properties in units, with the remaining 25% paid in cash.

Following the issuance, the manager’s stake increased to 306,523,064 units, representing about 6.16% of Keppel REIT’s 4,979,952,647 issued units.
