On 13 March 2026, Kwan On Holdings Limited (stock code: 01559) completed the allotment of 885.44 million new ordinary shares through a rights issue priced at HK$0.07 per share. The transaction generated gross proceeds of approximately HK$61.98 million.

As a result, the company’s issued share base expanded from 1.87 billion to 2.75 billion shares, representing a 47.37% increase. No treasury shares were outstanding before or after the exercise.

The rights issue was conducted on a one-for-two basis and was not underwritten, as previously detailed in the prospectus dated 16 February 2026 and the announcement dated 26 January 2026. The board confirmed that the issuance complied with all applicable listing rules and regulatory requirements of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
