The secure identity company reported Q4 revenue of $240.8 million, a 16.7% year-over-year increase that exceeded analyst expectations. Total bookings grew 25.4% to $287.1 million, marking the strongest quarterly growth since Q4 2023. The company also demonstrated robust membership expansion, with total CLEAR members reaching 38.0 million, up 31.5% from the prior year.

Investors responded positively to the company's forward-looking guidance, which includes Q1 2026 revenue forecast of $242-245 million, above analyst estimates. Additionally, Clear Secure announced shareholder-friendly measures including a 20% increase in its quarterly cash dividend, a special cash dividend, and a $125 million increase to its share repurchase authorization.
