Xikang Cloud Hospital Holdings Inc. has approved a new 12-month mandate to deploy idle proceeds from its 2023 Global Offering into short-term, low-risk wealth management products.

The board resolution dated 12 June 2026 authorises the use of up to US$40.00 million (approximately HK$313.40 million) on a rolling basis. Eligible products must be highly secure, offer good liquidity and allow redemption on demand.

The company raised approximately HK$554.50 million from its IPO. Portions of these proceeds have remained idle for more than one year; the latest mandate seeks to enhance capital efficiency, preserve value and generate additional return without disrupting the original spending plans disclosed in the prospectus.

All investment returns will accrue to the company. Xikang Cloud stated that the initiative will not alter the intended application schedule for its IPO funds nor affect daily operations. Should any purchase of wealth management products become a notifiable or connected transaction under Chapters 14 or 14A of the Hong Kong Listing Rules, the company will comply with the requisite disclosure and approval procedures.
