AMCO UNITED (00630) announced that the group expects to record a profit attributable to owners of the company for the six months ended June 30, 2025 of approximately HK$1 million, compared to a loss attributable to owners of the company of HK$25.4 million for the same period in 2024. The group's turnaround from loss to profit for the six months ended June 30, 2025 was mainly attributable to (i) increases in revenue and gross profit of approximately HK$5 million and HK$1.6 million respectively, and (ii) a change from fair value loss on held-for-trading investments of approximately HK$22.9 million for the six months ended June 30, 2024 to fair value gain on held-for-trading investments of approximately HK$3.4 million for the six months ended June 30, 2025.
