China Galaxy Securities Co., Ltd. (CGS) notified non-registered shareholders on 17 April 2026 that, in line with Rule 2.07 of the HKEX Listing Rules and the paperless listing regime effective since 31 December 2023, all future corporate communications will be distributed exclusively in electronic form.

All English and Chinese versions of directors’ reports, annual and interim accounts, meeting notices, circulars, listing documents and proxy forms will now be accessible on the CGS website (www.chinastock.com.cn) and the HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk) in place of printed copies.

Non-registered shareholders are required to supply functional e-mail addresses to their banks, brokers, custodians or other intermediaries to receive publication notifications. Without a valid e-mail address on record, shareholders will not receive alerts for general meeting documents and must proactively monitor the designated websites.

Shareholders preferring hard copies can complete and return a reply form to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong, or e-mail chinagalaxy.ecom@computershare.com.hk, stating their name, address and the print-copy request. Accurate contact information is highlighted as essential for timely receipt of communications.

The electronic arrangement applies to CGS H-share investors; materials for A-share holders will be released in accordance with Shanghai Stock Exchange requirements. Enquiries may be directed to the Hong Kong share registrar on (+852) 2862 8688 during business hours.
