XUNCE Shares Surge Over 7% Intraday Following Strategic Cooperation Agreement With Tianhe Computing

XUNCE (03317) saw its shares surge more than 7% during intraday trading, with the stock price climbing 5.46% as of the latest update, now trading at HKD 139.10, with a turnover of HKD 228 million.

On August 7, XUNCE announced the formal signing of a strategic cooperation memorandum with Jiangsu Tianhe Computing Technology Co., Ltd. (Tianhe Computing). Tianhe Computing is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tianhe Guangneng Co., Ltd., a leading global photovoltaic industry company listed on the stock market. The subsidiary focuses on green intelligent computing and "artificial intelligence+" businesses.

In recent years, Tianhe Computing has been advancing "computing-electricity synergy" with a focus on AI data centers (AIDC). It has deployed resources such as source-grid-load-storage integration, direct green electricity supply, and high-power liquid cooling cabinets to build computing power bases, forming a comprehensive service capability that covers both green energy and computing infrastructure.

This strategic cooperation will fully integrate the resources and advantages of both parties in data, computing power, energy, and industry channels. The collaboration will focus on areas such as vertical energy large models, data assetization, computing-electricity synergy and computing power allocation, and the commercialization of Token factories. Together, they will explore data infrastructure and energy Token factory models under the convergence of AI and energy.

This partnership marks a further extension of the company's data tokenization capabilities into the solar energy industry.
