CIG Shares Experience Abnormal Fluctuation; No Material Non-Disclosed Information Exists

CIG (A-share code: 603083, stock abbreviation: CIG) has issued an announcement regarding abnormal stock trading activity. The company's A-share closing price decline deviation value reached 20% over three consecutive trading days, from July 28 to July 30, 2026.

According to the relevant provisions of the Shanghai Stock Exchange Trading Rules, this situation constitutes abnormal stock trading fluctuations. After written inquiries and verification with the company's controlling shareholder, CIG Cayman, the actual controller, Mr. Gerald G Wong, and his concert party, Mr. Zhao Haibo, as of now, the controlling shareholder, actual controller, and their concert parties have no material information concerning the company that should be disclosed but has not been disclosed.

Apart from being in the period of implementing a share reduction plan, there are no other sensitive matters that could have a material impact on the company's stock price. This includes, but is not limited to, planning major asset restructuring, share issuance, significant transaction matters, business restructuring, share repurchases, equity incentives, bankruptcy reorganization, major business cooperation, or the introduction of strategic investors.

Through its own self-examination and verification, the company has confirmed that the controlling shareholder and its concert parties did not buy or sell the company's shares during the period of abnormal stock fluctuations (which falls within the implementation period of the share reduction plan). Other directors and senior management of the company also did not trade the company's shares during this period of abnormal fluctuation.
