On 24 February 2026, the Board of Directors of Standard Chartered PLC declared a final dividend of USD 0.49 per share for the financial year ended 31 December 2025. The ex-dividend date is set for 18 March 2026, with the record date established at the opening of business on 20 March 2026.

Shareholders may elect to receive their dividend in Hong Kong dollars, US dollars, or pounds sterling, and partial election of currency is available until 16 April 2026 at 16:30.
