The Hour Glass dissolves Taiwan arm, puts two Thai units into voluntary liquidation

The Hour Glass Limited (AGS) announced on Nov, 14 2025 that its dormant subsidiary, The Hour Glass (Taiwan) Limited Company, was dissolved on Sep, 16 2025.

The luxury watch retailer also said that two Thailand-incorporated units—Royal Paragon Watch Limited and Siam Dynasty Limited—were placed under members’ voluntary liquidation during the half year ended Sep, 30 2025. Both companies, held through 49%-owned THG Prima Times Company Limited, have been inactive since Apr, 2025 and Oct, 2024, respectively.

The Hour Glass added that these actions are not expected to materially affect its net tangible assets or earnings per share for the financial year ending Mar, 31 2026.
