On 11 March 2026, Linklogis-W (Stock Code: 09959) released an update announcement under Rules 13.51(2)(l) and 13.51B(2) of the Hong Kong Listing Rules, detailing a change of particulars for independent non-executive director (INED) Mr. Tan Huay Lim.

The company disclosed that the High Court of Singapore placed Digital Retail Technology Management Pte. Ltd. (DRTM) under judicial management on 9 March 2026, following an interim order issued on 10 February 2026. Mr. Tan served as an INED of DRTM until 22 December 2025, when his nine-year tenure ended.

Mr. Tan confirmed to Linklogis-W that: 1. No wrongful act, misconduct, or misfeasance on his part led to DRTM’s judicial management; 2. He is unaware of any actual or potential claims against him arising from the court order.

Linklogis-W emphasized that DRTM and its related entity DRT are independent of the Linklogis group; therefore, the judicial management order has no impact on the company’s operations or financial position. The disclosure obligation arose solely because the court order occurred within 12 months of Mr. Tan’s cessation as an INED of DRTM.

Apart from the above, Mr. Tan reported no further information requiring disclosure under Rules 13.51(2)(h)-(v).

As of the announcement date, the board of Linklogis-W comprises eight directors: Chairman and executive director Song Qun; executive directors Ji Kun and Chau Ka King; non-executive directors Lin Haifeng and Zhang Yuhan; and independent non-executive directors Gao Feng, Tan Huay Lim and Chen Wei.
