CNMC Goldmine Holdings Limited (5TP) announced that its shareholders voted on Aug, 19 2026 to approve the company’s transfer from the Catalist board to the Main Board of Singapore Exchange (SGX).

A special resolution for the transfer secured 97.50% of the votes cast, while 2.50% were against.

Contingent on the transfer, an ordinary resolution authorising directors to issue new shares—capped at 50% of the company’s issued share capital, with up to 20% on a non-pro-rata basis—was also adopted, gaining 92.88% support. The mandate remains in force until the next annual general meeting or its statutory due date, whichever is earlier.

Management told the meeting that a Main Board listing could expand the investor base, as some institutional funds are restricted from investing in Catalist stocks, and would remove recurring Catalist sponsor fees. The company added it does not currently plan to issue new shares unless required for a major acquisition.

The extraordinary general meeting concluded at 3:57 p.m. after the poll results were announced.
