Hong Kong Shanghai Alliance Holdings Limited (1001) announced that its current Chief Financial Officer, aged 38, will assume the role of Executive Director and join the Executive Committee effective 13 February 2026. He has over 15 years of accounting, auditing, and financial management experience, holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Accounting & Finance) from The University of Hong Kong, and is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, as well as a Certified Public Accountant (Practising), a Chartered Financial Analyst, and a Certified Internal Auditor. The new Executive Director has entered into a three-year service contract with the company beginning on 13 February 2026.

In addition, the company announced the resignation of its Non-Executive Director, effective 1 April 2026, who is stepping down to devote more time to personal matters. The resigning director has confirmed having no claim against the company, no disagreements with the Board, and no other matters that need to be brought to the attention of shareholders or regulators.
