Strategic Cooperation Framework for TGV Glass Substrate Copper-Clad Laminate Established by CHINA HONGGUANG Subsidiary

On July 3, 2026, following market hours, CHINA HONGGUANG (ASX: 08646) announced that its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Guangdong Longguang New Material Technology Co., Ltd. ("Longguang New Material"), entered into a non-legally binding strategic cooperation framework agreement with Guangdong Yufeng Weihe New Material Technology Share Co., Ltd. ("Yufeng Weihe").

The agreement outlines the parties' intention to jointly develop the full industrial chain business for TGV (Through Glass Via) glass substrate copper-clad laminates.

Both parties intend to establish new projects, integrating their respective technological and industrial resources. The goal is to create a comprehensive platform for the research and development, production, and sales of TGV glass substrate copper-clad laminates, covering the entire process chain from glass substrate preparation to TGV via processing, metallization, and copper-clad laminate lamination.

The group has already expanded into the TGV glass substrate copper-clad laminate new materials business. Strategically, entering into this framework agreement enables the group to broaden the downstream application scenarios for glass substrates, thereby exploring opportunities in advanced packaging and high-frequency, high-speed materials.

From an operational perspective, the collaboration will combine glass substrate processing technology with copper-clad lamination processes to generate synergistic benefits. The group will integrate its manufacturing capabilities to enhance product value-added and drive new revenue growth.
