Shanghai Pharmaceuticals Holding Co., Ltd. (SH PHARMA) (ASX: 02607) has announced that it received a notification from its controlling shareholder, Shanghai Industrial Investment (Group) Co., Ltd. (SIIC), on June 10, 2026.

The notification stated that between May 6, 2026, and June 10, 2026, SIIC, through its wholly-owned subsidiary SIIC International, acquired an additional 38.6 million H shares of the company.

Following this transaction, SIIC now holds 1,484,975,837 shares of the company, representing 40.04% of the total issued share capital of 3,708,361,809 shares.

The shares were acquired through open market purchases on the secondary market, with the funding for the share purchases coming from SIIC's own capital resources.
