Key resolutions and outcomes 1. Financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2025, together with the directors’ and auditor’s reports, were adopted. 2. Board composition remains unchanged following the re-election of Executive Directors Mr Cui Wei and Mr Pang Jinhong, and Independent Non-executive Director Dr Li Junliang. The Board is authorised to determine directors’ remuneration. 3. McMillan Woods (Hong Kong) CPA Limited was re-appointed as external auditor, with remuneration to be set by the Board. 4. A general mandate permits the Board to allot and issue new shares up to 20% of current issued share capital. 5. A separate mandate authorises the repurchase of up to 10% of issued shares. 6. The share issue mandate can be extended by the number of shares repurchased under the buy-back mandate.
Governance and procedural notes • No shareholder was required to abstain, and no parties expressed intent to vote against or abstain in advance. • All eight directors attended the meeting. • Jon Gepsom CPA Limited acted as independent scrutineer for vote-counting.
