DATANG RENEW (01798) has issued an announcement regarding the impairment of certain assets. Adhering to the principle of prudence, the company conducted impairment tests on its assets and those of its subsidiaries in accordance with the Chinese Accounting Standards for Business Enterprises and its internal accounting policies. Based on the test results, the company plans to recognize impairment provisions for assets showing signs of diminished value.

The specific details of the asset impairment provisions are as follows: After assessing the expected recoverable amounts of its receivables, the company identified a recovery risk for certain receivables and plans to recognize an impairment provision of approximately RMB 18.4341 million. Due to operational difficulties at one of its equity-accounted investees, creating a risk of loss on the investment, the company plans to recognize an impairment loss of approximately RMB 497,500 on this long-term equity investment. Furthermore, as certain preliminary-stage projects are no longer viable for development, the company has terminated related preliminary work and plans to recognize an impairment provision of approximately RMB 204 million for the associated preliminary project expenses.

Collectively, these asset impairment provisions are expected to reduce the company's total profit for the year ending December 31, 2025, by approximately RMB 223 million. The net profit attributable to owners of the parent company for the same period is projected to decrease by approximately RMB 193 million.
