ONEROBOTICS (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. has expanded its 2026 H-share Incentive Scheme, with the scheme trustee buying an additional 95,000 H shares on the open market from 25–30 June 2026. The shares were acquired at HK$56.85–60.40 each, amounting to HK$5.54 million.
Including previous transactions, the trustee now holds 552,000 H shares for the plan, representing a cumulative investment of HK$34.88 million. Management reiterated that total purchases under the scheme will be capped at HK$500 million, with further acquisitions dependent on market conditions.
The board views the continued share accumulation as evidence of confidence in the commercial potential of embodied-AI home robotics and as a mechanism to align employee incentives with shareholder interests.
Separately, cornerstone investors that received 9,484,500 shares (4.21 % of issued capital) during the company’s IPO have maintained their holdings after the 6-month lock-up expired on 29 June 2026, signalling sustained confidence in ONEROBOTICS’ long-term growth prospects.
