China National Building Material Company Limited (CNBM) has declared a final ordinary dividend of RMB 0.15 per share for the financial year ended 31 December 2025. The proposal, announced on 30 March 2026, is subject to shareholder approval at the 29 April 2026 annual general meeting.

The dividend will be paid on 30 June 2026. The Hong Kong dollar equivalent and applicable exchange rate will be released at a later date.

Tax withholding • Non-resident enterprise shareholders: 10% enterprise income tax. • Individual H-shareholders resident in Hong Kong or Macau, or domiciled in treaty countries with a 10% rate: 10% individual income tax. • Individual H-shareholders from treaty jurisdictions with rates above 10% but below 20%: withholding at the treaty rate. • Investors accessing H-shares via Shanghai-Hong Kong or Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect: 20% individual income tax. • Shareholders from treaty jurisdictions with rates below 10% must proactively submit documentation; otherwise, a 10% rate applies. • Shareholders domiciled in jurisdictions with a treaty rate of 20% or without a treaty: 20% withholding.
