China Boton Group Company Limited disclosed that it repurchased 1.10 million ordinary shares on 13 October 2026 via on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, paying an aggregate HKD 3.43 million. The repurchase price ranged between HKD 3.04 and HKD 3.16 per share, translating to a volume-weighted average of HKD 3.11.

Following the transaction, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) declined by 0.11 % to 1.04467 billion shares. Correspondingly, its treasury share balance increased from 34.74 million to 35.84 million, while total issued shares remained unchanged at 1.08051 billion. Treasury shares now represent approximately 3.32 % of the company’s total issued shares.

The buyback was executed under the repurchase mandate approved on 22 May 2026, which permits the company to repurchase up to 108.05 million shares. To date, 1.10 million shares—equating to 0.10 % of the issued share base at the mandate date—have been repurchased under this authorization.

In line with Hong Kong listing rules, China Boton is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares for 30 days following the repurchase, setting the earliest potential date for such actions at 12 November 2026.
