Budweiser Brewing Company APAC Limited (the “Company”) released an announcement stating that non-executive director and Audit and Risk Committee member, Mr. Nelson Jamel, will step down from these roles, effective 1 January 2026. According to the announcement dated 4 November 2025, he will also step down as Chief People Officer of Anheuser-Busch InBev SA/NV, the Company’s parent, on the same date.

A formal announcement under Rule 13.51(2) of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited will be made once these changes come into effect. The Company’s board includes Co-Chairs Mr. Yanjun Cheng (Executive Director) and Mr. Michel Doukeris (Non-executive Director), alongside other non-executive and independent non-executive directors as disclosed in the announcement.
