CITIC FAMC Proposes He Jingsong as Executive Director and Board Chairman

China CITIC Financial Asset Management Co., Ltd. (“CITIC FAMC”) disclosed that its board approved the nomination of Mr. He Jingsong as Executive Director and Chairman on 17 August 2026. His appointment will become effective upon shareholder endorsement and regulatory clearance from the National Financial Regulatory Administration, initiating a three-year term that is renewable upon expiry. Concurrently, He will chair the Board’s Strategic Development Committee.

He, aged 57, is a senior economist with extensive banking experience at China CITIC Bank. His career spans roles including President of the bank’s branches in Chengdu, Shanghai and Beijing, and most recently Vice President and Party Committee member at the head office (April 2024 to July 2026). He holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in economics from Southwestern University of Finance and Economics.

CITIC FAMC’s Nomination and Remuneration Committees confirmed He satisfies all regulatory and internal qualification requirements for the directorship. The company stated that He has no relationships with existing directors, senior management, substantial or controlling shareholders, holds no shares in CITIC FAMC, and has no disclosures required under Listing Rule 13.51(2)(h)–(v).

Remuneration will comprise base salary, performance-linked pay, tenure incentives, benefits, social insurance, housing provident fund and an enterprise annuity plan; specific figures will be submitted to shareholders for approval and detailed in future annual reports.

A circular with the formal resolution and notice of the forthcoming shareholders’ meeting will be issued in due course.
