According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, a significant change in shareholding for MMG (HKEX: 01208) was recorded on June 18th.

The total value of shares held in custody reached HK$6.049 billion, representing 5.81% of the company's issued share capital.

A shareholder of the company deposited 261 million shares with The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, resulting in a 16.18% decrease in their shareholding percentage.

MMG has issued an announcement stating that, pursuant to the terms of the placement agreement, the placement was completed on June 18, 2026.

A total of 706 million new shares, representing approximately 5.5% of the company's total issued share capital as enlarged by the issuance and allotment of the placement shares, were successfully placed by the placing agent to no fewer than six placees at a placing price of HK$8.88 per share.
