Shenzhen Pagoda Industrial (Group) Corporation Limited (Pagoda GP) disclosed that it repurchased 2.42 million H-shares on 1 June 2026 via the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

The shares were bought at prices ranging from HKD 1.70 to HKD 1.73, translating to a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 1.7245 per share and an aggregate consideration of HKD 4.17 million.

Following the transaction: • Issued shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) dropped by 0.12% to 1.99 billion. • Treasury shares increased to 12.60 million from 10.18 million. • Total issued shares remained unchanged at 2.00 billion, as the repurchased shares are being held in treasury rather than cancelled.

Under the shareholder mandate granted on 5 June 2025, Pagoda GP is authorised to buy back up to 145.39 million shares. Including the latest deal, cumulative repurchases stand at 12.60 million shares, equivalent to 0.87% of the company’s issued share capital on the mandate date, leaving substantial capacity for further buybacks.

Pursuant to Hong Kong listing rules, the company is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 1 July 2026.
