The board of Zijin Mining Group Co., Ltd. has released the timetable for determining H-shareholders entitled to the proposed final dividend for the financial year ended 31 December 2025.

Book-closing window • The H-share register will be closed from 11 June 2026 (Thursday) to 16 June 2026 (Tuesday), inclusive. No share transfers will be processed during this period. • Shareholders must ensure their names appear on the H-share register by 4:30 p.m. on 10 June 2026 to qualify for the dividend.

Key entitlement dates • Last day of cum-dividend trading: 8 June 2026 (Monday). • First day of ex-dividend trading: 9 June 2026 (Tuesday). • Record date: 16 June 2026 (Tuesday). • Register reopens: 17 June 2026 (Wednesday). • Dividend cheques are scheduled for dispatch on 10 July 2026 (Friday).

Approval process Distribution of the 2025 final dividend remains subject to shareholder approval at the annual general meeting on 5 June 2026.

Stock Connect investors H-shareholders who hold Zijin Mining through Shanghai-Hong Kong or Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect will receive the dividend in Renminbi via China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited. The actual payment date will follow receipt within CSDC’s clearing system.

The company noted that all dates are based on Hong Kong local time and may be adjusted to reflect practical circumstances, with any changes to be announced separately.
