HEART CARE-B (06609) saw its share price climb more than 5% during Hong Kong trading, last up 4.86% at HK$52.20 with turnover reaching HK$2.37 million.

The company recently unveiled its interim results for the first half of 2026, showcasing strong financial performance. Revenue for the period reached RMB 290 million, marking a substantial 56.9% year-on-year increase. Net profit climbed to RMB 60.365 million, up 18.5% from the prior-year period, while adjusted net profit surged 105.9% to approximately RMB 70.367 million.

During the first six months of 2026, the firm's ischemic stroke business maintained steady revenue growth. Notably, its flagship intracranial thrombus aspiration catheter product was adopted by roughly 200 new hospitals, with total product implantation volumes more than tripling compared to the same period last year.

In a strategic move, HEART CARE-B plans to submit an application to the Shanghai Stock Exchange in the second half of 2026 for an initial public offering of A-shares on the STAR Market. The proposed offering is expected to raise approximately RMB 500 million, with an anticipated issue ratio of around 15%. The company will also continue advancing share buybacks and cash dividend distributions based on its operational performance and regulatory requirements.

Analysts at China Securities Co., Ltd. noted that the company is making steady progress with its A-share IPO initiative. A successful listing is expected to enhance capital market liquidity and accelerate the company's global commercialization expansion.
