Weichai Power Co., Ltd. has announced that its board of directors will convene on 29 April 2026 to examine and, if appropriate, approve the unaudited consolidated financial results for the three months ended 31 March 2026.

The meeting will also address other relevant matters deemed necessary by the board.

As of the announcement date, the board comprises four executive directors, one employee representative director, four non-executive directors, and five independent non-executive directors.
