On 1 June 2026, COSCO SHIPPING Ports Limited issued a notice giving shareholders four alternatives for receiving future corporate communications, which include directors’ reports, financial statements, interim reports, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms.

Shareholders may choose: 1) Website Version: view all documents on https://ports.coscoshipping.com and receive notification letters (printed or electronic); 2) Printed English version only; 3) Printed Chinese version only; or 4) Both printed English and Chinese versions.

To make a selection, shareholders must mark the enclosed Reply Form and return it to Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, by post or hand delivery. If no Reply Form or objection is received by 1 July 2026, the shareholder will be deemed to have consented to the Website Version, and printed notification letters will be mailed for each future publication. An email notification will be sent instead if an email address is supplied on the Reply Form.

Shareholders may alter their preferred language or delivery method at any time by giving at least five clear business days’ written or emailed notice (coscoshipport-ecom@vistra.com) to the branch share registrar. Printed copies of any corporate communication remain available on request at no cost.
