TRAVELSKY TECH (HKG: 00696) has issued an announcement regarding its auditor appointment.

The company stated that BDO has served as its auditor for eight consecutive years.

In accordance with relevant regulations concerning the selection of accounting firms by state-owned enterprises and listed companies, and to ensure auditor objectivity and independence, the company's board of directors has made a decision.

Following a public tender process and upon receiving the recommendation of the audit committee, the board has resolved to propose the appointment of Daxin as the company's auditor for the 2026 fiscal year.
