The new arrangement complies with Rules 16.04A and 16.04B of the GEM Listing Rules and the company’s Articles of Association. Going forward, documents such as annual and interim reports, notices of meeting, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms will be made available through two channels:

Non-registered shareholders may still obtain printed copies free of charge. A written request can be sent to the Hong Kong Branch Share Registrar or emailed to enquiry@bbsbholdings.com.my, and the company will dispatch hard copies promptly upon receipt of reasonable notice.
