CHINA EAST AIR to Shift All Future Corporate Communications to Electronic Format from 28 April 2026

Bulletin Express
04/27

China Eastern Airlines Corporation Limited announced that, effective 28 April 2026, it will distribute all forthcoming corporate communications exclusively through electronic channels. Both English and Chinese versions will be accessible on the company’s website (www.ceair.com) and the HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk), replacing printed mailings to shareholders.

The carrier clarified that corporate communications include directors’ reports, annual and interim financial statements (and any summaries), meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms.

Non-registered shareholders who wish to receive these materials must provide a functional email address to their respective intermediaries—banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited—to enable electronic delivery.

For stakeholders preferring hard-copy documents, a reply form is available. Completed forms should be returned to the H-share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, at 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong, or emailed to cea.ecom@computershare.com.hk.

Enquiries can be directed to the registrar at (852) 2862 8688 during business hours, Monday to Friday (Hong Kong time).

The initiative aligns the company’s communication practices with Hong Kong Stock Exchange listing requirements and supports a more efficient, environmentally friendly dissemination process.
