Tak Lee Machinery Holdings Limited has published its Interim Report 2025-2026 in both English and Chinese on the company website (www.tlmc-hk.com) and on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website (www.hkexnews.hk). Registered shareholders who previously elected to receive hard-copy documents will find a printed version enclosed with the postal notice.

To accelerate the transition to paperless communication, the company invites shareholders to provide a functional email address—by writing or emailing Tricor Investor Services Limited, the Hong Kong branch share registrar—at least seven days before any intended change. Once an email address is recorded, shareholders will receive: 1) notifications of future corporate communication uploads to the company website; and 2) all actionable corporate communications in electronic form.

If no email address is supplied, or if the address becomes invalid, Tak Lee Machinery will continue to dispatch printed notices of publication together with hard-copy actionable documents until a valid email is provided. The firm will regard the electronic delivery obligation as fulfilled if no “non-delivery” message is received.

Shareholders retain the right to modify their preferred method of receiving corporate and actionable communications at any time by submitting the enclosed Change Request Form or by contacting Tricor Investor Services Limited. Printed copies of the current Interim Report 2025-2026 can be requested free of charge.
