Man Wah repurchases 2.00 million shares on-market for HK$7.17 million

Man Wah Holdings Limited disclosed that on 26 May 2026 it bought back 2.00 million of its own shares on the Hong Kong market under the general repurchase mandate granted at the 30 June 2025 AGM.

The transactions were executed within a price range of HK$3.56–HK$3.62 per share, resulting in a total consideration of approximately HK$7.17 million before brokerage and related expenses. All repurchased shares will be cancelled.

Management described the company’s operational cash flow as “strong and healthy” and stated that the buy-back is intended to enhance shareholder returns while underscoring confidence in the group’s prospects. The board may conduct additional repurchases at its discretion, subject to market conditions, but provided no assurance regarding timing, volume or pricing.

Shareholders and investors were reminded to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s securities.
