United Company RUSAL, International Public Joint-Stock Company (UC RUSAL) disclosed that the one-hour period for potential investors to submit offers to enter into preliminary purchase agreements for its BO-001P-16 exchange-traded bonds closed at 18:00 Moscow time on 31 March 2026.

The decision, authorised by General Director Evgenii Nikitin (Order No. OKR-26-P035 dated 31 March 2026), opened the window at 17:00 Moscow time the same day. Under the preliminary agreements, investors and UC RUSAL commit to sign the definitive bond purchase contracts on the first day of the bond placement.
