Herbs Generation Group Holdings Limited has announced senior management changes effective 7 October 2026. Ms. Tsang Hing Suen has resigned from her dual roles as Company Secretary and Authorised Representative in accordance with Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Listing Rules. According to the filing, Ms. Tsang confirmed she holds no disagreements with the Board and is unaware of any matters that should be brought to the attention of shareholders or the Stock Exchange.

Concurrently, the Board appointed Mr. Yu Chim Shun as the new Company Secretary and Authorised Representative from the same date. Mr. Yu, who joined the Group in October 2026, currently serves as Co-Chief Financial Officer, overseeing corporate finance and financial reporting. He brings more than 15 years of accounting and auditing experience in Hong Kong, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Accounting) from Macquarie University (2009), and is a member of both CPA Australia and the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. The company confirmed that Mr. Yu satisfies the qualification requirements for a company secretary under Rule 3.28 of the Listing Rules.

The Board expressed appreciation for Ms. Tsang’s contributions during her tenure and extended a welcome to Mr. Yu in his new capacity.

As of the announcement date, the Board comprises Executive Directors Ms. Kwok Chi Yan Gammy and Mr. Li Yat Sing Petras; Non-Executive Director Mr. Kwok Chun On; and Independent Non-Executive Directors Professor Chan Chi Fai Andrew, SBS, JP, Mr. Lam Yiu Por, and Dr. Tsang Hing Lim Kenneth.
