Inspur Digital Enterprise Technology Limited (Inspur Digital Enterprise) announced that the English and Chinese versions of its 2025 Annual Report have been published on both the company website (www.inspur.com) and HKExnews (www.hkexnews.hk) as of 30 April 2026.

The company confirmed full adoption of electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications in line with updated Hong Kong Listing Rule 2.07, which took effect on 31 December 2023. Printed copies will no longer be dispatched automatically.

Non-registered shareholders who require hard-copy documents may submit a completed reply form to the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong, or send a scanned, signed reply form via email to inspur.ecom@computershare.com.hk. Postage is free within Hong Kong when using the pre-addressed mailing label.

To continue receiving electronic notifications, shareholders who hold shares through banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited must provide a valid email address to their respective intermediaries. Failure to supply an email address means investors will need to check the company and HKExnews websites proactively for future publications.

Shareholders preferring printed versions of subsequent corporate communications can lodge a standing request by returning the reply form or by emailing inspur.ecom@computershare.com.hk with their name, postal address and preference.
