("Xinzhansu").
The company has completed the investment using its own funds of 20 million yuan to subscribe to Xinzhansu's new registered capital contribution of 3,333,333.33 yuan. Following this investment, the company directly holds a 5.55% stake in Xinzhansu.
According to the announcement, the target company is a research and development enterprise specializing in high-performance enterprise-level SSD products. The subdivision it operates in benefits from the sustained strong demand in artificial intelligence, cloud infrastructure, and other fields, with the enterprise storage sector possessing strong growth momentum in the future.
High-performance enterprise SSD products have extremely rich downstream application scenarios, primarily serving data centers for internet, cloud services, financial, and telecommunications clients, while providing core support for AI computing power and storage-computing integration. The applications also cover personal consumer electronics, including smartphones, PCs, and wearable devices.
The announcement stated that the company's external investment and equity participation in Xinzhansu combines Xinzhansu's advantages in semiconductor high-performance enterprise storage controller chips, modules, and data services with the company's technical and manufacturing capabilities in packaging and testing. This aims to achieve resource synergy and technological empowerment, fully promoting technological innovation and business expansion in the semiconductor storage field, and enhancing the company's core competitiveness.
