DL HOLDINGS GP (01709) announced that for the period from January 1, 2026, to January 31, 2026, the total Bitcoin production amounted to 51.937 BTC, equating to an average daily output of approximately 1.675 BTC. The actual hashrate, measured on a mining pool basis, increased from about 3.36 EH/s as of December 31, 2025, to approximately 4.03 EH/s by January 31, 2026, with the peak daily actual hashrate during this period reaching around 4.05 EH/s. All Bitcoins held during this period were derived exclusively from mining operations. There were no other sources of Bitcoin and no disposals of Bitcoin during this timeframe. The opening Bitcoin balance at the beginning of January 2026 stood at 32.618 BTC, which represented the total output from the period spanning November 12, 2025, to December 31, 2025. Adding the 51.937 BTC produced during the period and considering no disposals, the closing Bitcoin balance as of January 31, 2026, reached 84.555 BTC. Based on the Group's current internal projections and the prevailing Bitcoin network conditions, the total hashrate from the existing 9,148 Bitcoin mining machines is approximately 4 EH/s, with an expected indicative total daily output of about 1.7 BTC. The Group currently forecasts a full-year Bitcoin production for 2026 in the range of 600 to 700 BTC, though this is subject to factors such as network difficulty, Bitcoin price, operational uptime, and other operating conditions. These developments underscore the Group's commitment to building a sustainable, transparent, and operationally-focused Bitcoin mining business as part of its broader digital finance strategy, while continuing to implement prudent risk management and uphold high standards of corporate governance.
