According to the current estimates of the company and the operator, the related transactions will involve the deployment of artificial intelligence computing capacity of no less than 2.1 megawatts. Based on the Group's interim report for the six months ended September 30, 2025, the Group has formulated a business strategy to collaborate with artificial intelligence data centers on energy-saving initiatives, in response to the substantial power consumption required to support high-performance computing.
