The company announced this morning that its previously arranged restructuring scheme has been officially implemented today. The listing status of the former holding company "Dragon Mining" was officially withdrawn at 9:00 a.m. today, and shares of the new holding company "Dragon Gold Resources" began trading on the Main Board via introduction, maintaining the same stock code 1712.

According to the interim results for fiscal year 2026 released earlier, the company reported customer revenue of A$107 million for the first half, representing a 97.1% year-on-year increase. Net profit surged 402.7% to A$63.809 million.

The increase in profit after tax was primarily driven by higher average gold prices during the period. Additionally, improved ore grades and enhanced gold recovery rates at the Vammala plant boosted gold production by 17,751 ounces during the period. The company also recognised gains from the disposal of its shares in Aurion Resources Limited.
