(Shanghai Zhangyu), was recently jointly assessed and designated by the Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Commission, the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization, and the Shanghai Municipal Finance Bureau as a "2025 Shanghai Nurtured Technology Giant Enterprise." This designation was formally announced in the "Notice on Publishing the List of 2025 Shanghai Technology Giant (Including Nurtured) Enterprises," a joint notice issued by the aforementioned commissions and bureau on January 30, 2026. According to the relevant notice, the final selection was determined through procedures including open self-nomination, district-level review and recommendation, expert evaluation, and public announcement. Following its selection, Shanghai Zhangyu will enter the implementation cycle for nurtured technology giant enterprises, with the implementation period running from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2026. Upon conclusion of the implementation period, relevant government departments will conduct a comprehensive performance evaluation of the selected enterprises and provide funding support based on the evaluation results. This selection demonstrates that the technological innovation capability, R&D strength, and industrial development potential of both the Company and Shanghai Zhangyu have gained recognition from local authorities, which is expected to enhance the Group's brand influence and market competitiveness.
