FIH Mobile Limited (FIH) disclosed a share repurchase on 3 July 2026, acquiring 160,000 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange for a total consideration of HKD 2.94 million. The purchase price ranged between HKD 17.50 and HKD 18.99 per share, translating into a volume-weighted average of HKD 18.36.

The transaction reduced FIH’s outstanding share count (excluding treasury shares) by 0.02% to 781.70 million. Treasury shares rose to 6.75 million, while the company’s total issued share capital remained unchanged at 788.45 million shares.

This latest buyback forms part of the repurchase mandate approved on 22 May 2026, which authorises FIH to repurchase up to 78.27 million shares. To date, the company has repurchased 1.35 million shares under this mandate, equivalent to 0.17% of the issued shares outstanding at the mandate date, leaving considerable headroom for further activity. In accordance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, FIH is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 2 August 2026.

Company Secretary Vanessa Wong confirmed that the repurchase complied with the Main Board Listing Rules and that no material changes have been made to the explanatory statement filed on 17 April 2026.
