ABBISKO-B has announced that its subsidiary, Shanghai Abbisko Biopharmaceutical Co., Ltd., has completed the first patient dosing in a Phase I clinical trial for ABSK211, an oral, high-potency, small-molecule pan-KRAS inhibitor designed to broadly target multiple KRAS alterations.

The trial is evaluating ABSK211 in patients with advanced solid tumors harboring KRAS gene mutations. This milestone marks a significant step forward in the development of this investigational therapy, which aims to address a wide range of KRAS-driven cancers.
