In 2025, revenue from foundational services reached 330.5 billion yuan, up 0.7% year-on-year. Mobile subscribers totaled 439 million, with 5G network user penetration reaching 68.8%. Broadband subscribers reached 201 million, and gigabit user penetration stood at 31.6%.

Revenue from the industrial digitalization business amounted to 147.3 billion yuan, increasing by 0.5% year-on-year. Within this segment, resource-based revenue reached 63 billion yuan, up 1.1%. Strategic emerging businesses maintained robust growth. Tianyi Cloud revenue reached 120.7 billion yuan, with its public cloud IaaS market share rising to second place domestically, and its combined IaaS+PaaS market share ranking among the top three in China. AIDC revenue reached 34.5 billion yuan, security revenue was 16.6 billion yuan, and intelligent solutions revenue totaled 12.3 billion yuan. Video network revenue grew by 31.2% year-on-year, quantum-related revenue increased by 65.4%, and satellite revenue rose by 30.7%.
