CHI SILVER GP (00815) announced that the company has fully received the respective considerations under Subscription Agreement D, F, and G, the remaining consideration under Subscription Agreement H, and a partial consideration of HKD 8.1 million (corresponding to 18 million shares to be subscribed) under Subscription Agreement E. As all conditions precedent under the relevant subscription agreements have been fulfilled, on November 7, 2025, Subscription Agreements D, F, G, and H were completed in accordance with their respective terms and conditions, while Subscription Agreement E was partially completed.

A total of 241 million shares (comprising all shares to be subscribed under Subscription Agreements D, F, and G, the remaining 13.332 million shares under Subscription Agreement H, and 18 million shares under Subscription Agreement E) were issued to the respective subscribers at a subscription price of HKD 0.45 per share. These shares represent approximately (i) 8.90% of the company’s issued share capital immediately prior to the completion of certain subscription matters and (ii) about 8.17% of the enlarged issued share capital following the issuance of the subscribed shares.
